Reached to our partner provider for an update. They stated that they are still working this issue at this time. Ticket has been escalated to the 3rd level with CenturyLink.

We have been notified that the outage has been tracked back to a port down on one of CenturyLink's core routers. We are currently pending further information from the investigation. No ETA/ETTR is available at this time. We will continue to follow up and provide updates as they become available.
