On 2019-11-19 there were member impacting issues on wiscnet hub aggregation device in Menasha. This issue caused outages for the members connected at this location.
* 2019-11-19 3:01pm - Monitoring detects an issue
* 2019-11-19 3:02pm - Engineers begin to investigate
* 2019-11-19 3:05pm - Issue is identified, one member of the switch stack rebooted and is showing issues with internal flash memory
* 2019-11-19 3:05pm - 3:30pm - Various troubleshooting, including forcing a disk scan/check
* 2019-11-19 3:42pm - Device finalizes disk check, becomes stable, all members back online
WiscNet engineers are working to schedule replacement of this device.
