Boreas will be conducting hardware upgrades in Chicago, IL and Iowa City, IA in order to accommodate and light a new 500G OCG1 layer on the BOREAS-Net ring. This will impact the Merit circuit running from Ashland, WI to Chicago, IL (wn-umn-merit-0003).
