The alarms have cleared from our NOC console and the device is once again reachable. We are monitoring the circuit for stability and resolving this incident.

After further review our partner advised that they are able to log into the fiber switch onsite and report no trouble found on the circuit. They have asked that we check power and equipment again. Please power cycle the Wiscnet router and reseat any cables leading to the carrier demarc.

We have engaged our partner provider and opened a trouble ticket for further investigation. Our initial findings indicate a fiber issue along the circuit path. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
