The WiscNet Noc received a call from Brian stating he had no internet.
He rebooted the switch facing the firewall on his end and the internet did not restore. I took a look at our equipment and eventually figured out that it was for circuit 2183 due to the information he provided stating that charter spectrum was the provider.
We did not observe any issues on our equipment as there was no indication that this was down on our end. I informed Brian of this and he said he will look into it further on their end.
Brian called in again and asked if we could verify the Wisnet DNS servers that he was supposed to be using. He stated that he was getting an IP of 205.213.254.254 which is rdns1.wiscnet.net.
