Brief Summary: Beginning around midnight on 6/10, WiscNet observed traffic at Barneveld School District drop down to “keep alive” levels. This was later resolved after the firewall on site had been rebooted at 12:20 PM CT.

Root Cause: Firewall needed reboot. Possible firmware upgrade overnight.

Hello,

To aid investigation, WiscNet would like to have someone on site check the Adtran and Arris TM804 devices that have been noted to have flashing amber lights.

We would be looking for some identification numbers like a Serial Number or MAC address that should be posted on a sticker on each device.
