Identified

We have received power confirmation from all affected sites and have engaged TEACH for investigation. They confirmed they saw the circuit go down at approximately 02:07 AM CDT and have engaged their partner carrier for investigation. The NOC will continue to follow up with TEACH regularly for updates until issue is resolved.
