Hello,

Starting at 1:00 am we lost connection to our onsite equipment on your circuit.

At this time we are requesting onsite power and equipment verification.

After onsite power and equipment has been confirmed please reach out to GLS at 866-558-1920 using your site ID of 347 to open a ticket or give consent for WiscNet to open a ticket on your behalf. We are requesting this due to a policy change on GLS's end that prevents us from opening a ticket for you.
