Good afternoon,

The WiscNet NOC has identified a network event affecting the Norwalk Ontario School District(Teach ID: 1260). As discussed on the phone, TEACH prefers that the site open a trouble ticket with the GLS.

Please contact the GLS NOC at 1-866-558-1920 for additional troubleshooting and to open a ticket.

At 10:02 AM CST we began observing an outage impacting the Norwalk Ontario school district. We're currently investigating the matter further to isolate the cause. We will provide updates as our investigation continues.
