Brief Summary: Alarms came in at 9:26 AM 8/12/2026. Called GLS and they advised this was due to a larger outage with ATT and their LMP. Later revealed to be a fiber cut on Frontier’s side. Alarms cleared at 12:59 AM CST.
Root Cause: Fiber cut on LMP side.

GLS/TEACH have discovered a fiber cut on their network. They are currently gathering materials and crews so they can begin repairs. There is no ETR at this time.
