Brief Summary: Handoff port to device was not showing traffic passing. Initially came in at 2:11 AM and was thought to be low traffic. However, it showed down at 8:43 AM. Traffic returned to normal at 11:09 AM.

Root Cause: Issue was not reported, customer side issue.

We are able to access the device for Mequon-Thiensville School District. We are seeing the handoff port as up, however traffic has dropped to keep alive. Please let us know if you are aware of any work or events on site that would cause traffic to drop.
