Update
Hello,
Starting at 5:57AM CDT we observed alarms indicating a loss of signal to the router at Erin School District. We have reached out to GLS to investigate this, however as I was on the phone with the rep, alarms cleared and traffic began passing again.
GLS has created ticket 12125348 and will reach out to investigate the cause of this outage.
