Hello,

We are unable to open a ticket with GLS due to a policy change with in GLS.

They can be contacted at 866-558-1920, and your teach CID 368. You can open a ticket directly or you can give WiscNet consent to open a ticket with them as well.

Starting at 12:30 am we observed a loss of connection to our onsite device for your circuit.
