At approximately 1:10AM CST we observed this circuit go down for just under 15 minutes but came back up.

Since this alarm came in around the same time as another circuit that was down due to a known maintenance, we believed it to be related. To verify this we called Charter Business Enterprise technical support, however they were not very helpful in pinpointing the root cause. They were able to verify that there were five maintenance events going on tonight in the area but did not disclose which circuits were effected by which events.

Due to this circuit's alarms clearing in under 15 minutes we will be closing out this ticket as no escalation is needed.
