Brief Summary: Beginning at 4:03 PM CST on 1/29, alarms were observed indicating Berlin School District was down. Upon reaching out to the transport provider, they had arranged a pair of dispatches, and found that they had a failing MUX and subsequently replaced it at 10:30 AM on 1/30.

The provider has found and replaced a faulty MUX, and we are seeing services restored as of 10:30 AM on 1/30

The provider's tech verified they found no breaks in the fiber and believe the issue is with the equipment. They will dispatch another tech this morning and have an ETA around 9-10 AM.

Our provider was unable to isolate the issue with the dispatch. They are currently working with an engineer to isolate and correct the issue.

Hello,

Currently the provider is attempting to schedule a time to get onsite, they can be there roughly around 10:00PM tonight or they would have to schedule something for the morning. I attempted to reach out to Dave at 920-379-1348 and was unable to reach him. Please reach out to 608-442-6761 to confirm if someone will be available onsite.
