Good Morning,

We are seeing the handoff port as back up and passing traffic.

This was down from 07:15 AM on the 27th and came back up today at 9:16 AM

Packet loss was observed to caused some bounced at the 28th between 1-2 PM. This issue did clear on the 28th around 3-4 PM.
